Commission Regulation (EC) No 948/2009 of 30 September 2009 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff was published in OJ L 287, 31.Oct.2009. Annex II to this Regulation contains products to which an entry price applies (i.e. certain fresh fruits and vegetables).
