Commission Regulation (EC) No 948/2009 of 30 September 2009 amending Annex
I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical
nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff was published in OJ L 287,
31.Oct.2009. Annex II to this Regulation contains products to which an entry
price applies (i.e. certain fresh fruits and vegetables).
We developed an application for Tariff-Tr.com users to easily query
and follow-up customs duty rates that apply to the products to which an entry
price applies. By using this application you may interactively query the
customs duty rate that corresponds to the product and the date you select, for
the year 2010.
