1 – What is Tariff-Tr.com and how it works?
Tariff-Tr.com is an information system which targets to supply companies, persons and others who are interested to invest or do business in/with Turkey, with up to date Tariff of Turkey in English.

Tariff-Tr.com has been developed by using the same business model and functioning architecture of Mevzuat.Net. Mevzuat.Net is the fastest, most accurate provider of web-based tariff, legislative and regulatory information for foreign trade of Turkey in Turkish, for almost 15 years. We have used our extensive experience on building information systems and 15 years old know-how on how to follow-up and present an up to date legislation in Turkey, to create Tariff-Tr.com.

The main target of the system is to help you in finding the necessary information easiest and fastest way. To reach this goal the system is continuously updated with all related information published on the Turkish Official Gazette. Within the system all related information is linked through hyperlinks and/or keywords, so that you could easily reach to the information you are looking for. Tariff-Tr.com uses the subscription business model and offers its content via yearly subscription. Subscribers are given a user name and password, which allow them to access to restricted content of Tariff-Tr.com for a period of one year

2 – How can I subscribe?
You can subscribe to Tariff-Tr.com on-line. You will receive a user name and a password after the payment is confirmed. The payment can be done either by Bank Transfer or by a valid Credit card (visa/master card).

3 – What is the content?
Tariff-Tr.com is the unique site where you can find all up-to-date tariff information of Turkey in English (i.e. Harmonized Tariff Schedule of Turkey, custom duties, fund rates, other applicable taxes etc). Along with tariff of Turkey, you can also find up to date translations of main legislations and brief explanations and information regarding foreign trade and investment legislation of Turkey, including Import Regime, Foreign Investments, Customs, Export Regime, Free Zones, Standardization, Foreign Exchange, Turkish Tax System etc.

4 – Who can use the system?
The system works on subscription bases for single or entity users. All companies, persons and others who are interested to invest or do business in/with Turkey or anyone who needs information about Turkish Trade Legislation and tariff can use the system.

5 – How often is the site up-dated?
The information on Tariff-Tr.com is continuously updated. As stated above, Tariff-Tr.com has been developed by using the same business model and functioning architecture of Mevzuat.Net (which is the fastest, most accurate provider of web-based tariff, legislative and regulatory information for foreign trade of Turkey in Turkish). Our team has been following the Turkish Foreign Trade Legislation and updating Mevzuat.Net since 1993. The same team reflects the necessary updates to Tariff-Tr.com continuously. Normally, when an amendment occurs or a new legislation publishes in the official journal, Tariff-Tr.com is updated within 24 hours accordingly. Depending on the volume of amendment or updates, it could take couple of working days to reflect all the changes.

6- What is the language of the system?
The content of Tariff-Tr.com is English. Please note that the translations and brief explanations used in Tariff-Tr.com are not officially approved (unless explicitly stated otherwise ). In case of divergence of interpretation the Turkish text, as it is published in the Official Journal, shall prevail.

7- Multiple License Option
If you are an entity other than an individual, you may ask for additional user licenses for your employee with special additional user fee, provided that any such employee agrees to treat the Product ID and password as confidential.

8- Limitation on single machine
The license will be valid for one computer hardware, where the user name and password provided by Infosoft initially used. The usage of Tariff-Tr.com (i.e. the user name and password required to access subscriber’s only pages) will be limited to single user hardware. If you have to change your hardware, with a written notice (or through an on-line mechanism in web site provided by Infosoft) you can ask for your hardware change. One hardware change mentioned above will be free of charge within a subscription period. Infosoft keeps the right to ask a fee for additional hardware changes.
